The ADIDAS PT is an amateur event and is organized by Metodika Eventos SL.
The Circuit is subject to the rules detailed below and the Code of Conduct (point 10).
Registration for any of the ADIDAS PT Tournaments implies acceptance of these Regulations, acceptance of the decisions adopted by the Circuit's Competition Committee, and waiver of any claim for damages that players may suffer as a result of their participation.
2.-THE CIRCUIT
Comprising a maximum of 30 tournaments, spread across the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Balearic Islands and Canary Islands as follows:
Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Alicante, Malaga, Cadiz, Palma de Mallorca, Ourense, Murcia, Ibiza, Valencia, Almeria, Santander, Seville, Tarragona, Bilbao, Zaragoza, San Sebastian, Algarve, Setubal, Cascais and Porto.
3.-REGISTRATION:
All information about the Circuit is available at https://allforpadel.com/es/inf/160-adidas_padel_tour
Registration for each Tournament will close on the date indicated on the website and can only be done online, on the same website.
Each host club will provide instructions for online registration.
The registration fee includes a Welcome Pack, a minimum of 2 matches and participation in raffles during the competition.
A player can only register for two categories, if one of them is Mixed, and, in addition, it must be at the same level or higher than their male or female category. (For example: A player in the Men's 3rd division can never play in a Men's 4th division).
4.- CATEGORIES
The ADIDAS PADEL TOUR includes men's, women's and mixed categories .
Each organizing club may define the categories that will make up its tournament, always within the official categories of the Circuit , which are the following:
The number of categories per tournament will be conditioned by the volume of registrations, being established between a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) categories .
A minimum of twelve (12) registered couples will be required for a category to be held .
All participating pairs will be guaranteed to play at least two (2) matches .
Participation in the ADIDAS PADEL TOUR does not require a federation license .
To assign the player's category, the regional federated ranking of each community will be used as a reference .
Winning the title of champion in a category of an ADIDAS PADEL TOUR tournament entails automatic and mandatory promotion to the next higher category , which is the category valid for registration in the following year.
The referee and the organization reserve the right to expel or change category (if the development of the tournament allows) any pair whose play they consider does not correspond to the category in which they are registered, without refunding the registration fee.
5. GAME MODES
The order of play will be established by the referee, depending on the courts available for the championship, but always on the dates established for its celebration.
The matches will proceed without delay at the scheduled times. The order of play may not be changed without the authorization of the tournament organizers. If a match is delayed by more than 15 minutes without a justified reason, the referee may penalize the pair by forfeit (WO).
The tournament will be played using a single-elimination system in best-of-three-set matches with a tie-break in the first two sets, and in case of a tie in sets, a super tie-break will be played .
The competition is played with a golden point, and the receiving pair will decide the server's side .
The consolation bracket may be contested (if the referee so decides) by the direct elimination system in matches of the best of a single set of nine games with tie break.
The absence of a player or pair from one of their matches will result in their direct elimination, regardless of the cause (including injury), except in the first round, in which the Competition Committee may appoint a substitute who must meet the requirements established in these Regulations. If they fail to appear for their first match, they may directly compete in the Consolation bracket.
The draws are conducted by the official referee of each Club's Tournament.
6. PARTICIPANTS:
Men and women aged 16 and over (who turn 16 during the year) can play, without needing a federation license to participate.
If necessary, the organization may request the National Identity Document (DNI) of the participants, for any circumstance related to the competition.

All of these terms and conditions were accepted by the player/pair upon registration for the tournament.
